Shipping policy

By placing an order with Land Girl, you're agreeing to the shipping terms below. Here's a rundown of how we process, ship, and get your order to your door.

Where We Ship

  • Right now, we ship only within the United States
  • Deliveries go out through our trusted carriers, USPS and FedEx (depending on where you are located)

Processing

Your order is processed the same day it's placed. Standard processing time takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Cutoff time: 5:00 PM MST. Orders placed after this time start processing the next business day.

Transit Time

Once your order's processed, it's dispatched to our trusted carrier and will typically arrive within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on where you're located.

Total Delivery Estimate

From the moment you place your order to the moment it lands on your doorstep, expect 6–10 business days total — that's processing and shipping combined.

A Few Things That Can Affect Delivery

  • Holidays — courier schedules can slow down around public holidays, with things picking back up shortly after
  • Incorrect address details or carrier delays can also push your delivery timeline back

Tracking Your Package

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. You can also check on your order anytime through our Track My Order page.

Need to Update Your Address?

Since we start processing orders within 1–3 business days of purchase, there's not a lot of time to make changes. If you need to update your delivery address, email us as soon as possible at support@land-girl.com with your name and order number.

Once an order's been processed or shipped, we can't guarantee we'll be able to change the address.

Cancelling an Order

Change of heart? You've got a 5-minute window after placing your order to cancel for a full refund. After that, your order moves into processing and can't be cancelled.

If Your Order Is Running Late

Every so often, delivery takes a little longer than expected. If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out and we'll help track it down.

Damaged Parcels

If your package shows up damaged, please refuse the delivery and get in touch with us right away. If it was delivered while you weren't around to inspect it, contact our support team and we'll help figure out next steps.
