Refund policy

Placing an order with us means you're on board with the return and refund policy below. This one's specifically for customers ordering from the United States.

Return Window

Returns need to be started within 30 days of delivery. Once that window passes, we're not able to make exceptions — so it's worth acting sooner rather than later if something's not working out.

Condition Requirements

Items sent back to us should look close to how they arrived:

  • No significant wear, damage, or missing components
  • Unless that's the reason you're returning it in the first place

We may decline returns that don't meet this standard.

Why We'll Accept a Return

There are three situations where a return is guaranteed:

  • Something arrived damaged
  • You got sent the wrong product
  • The fit or size doesn't work for you

Starting your Return

  1. First, email us at support@land-girl.com — include your name, order number, and a quick explanation of the issue.
  2. Once approved, we will send you a return form. Print it, fill it out, and insert it into your package.
  3. Send the package to:

  4. Tracked shipping is non-negotiable — untracked packages create problems for both of us.
  5. Once it's shipped, forward us the tracking number so we know it's coming.

Do your best to pack items well — original boxes and packaging are ideal. Heads up: anything that shows up without the return form or a valid tracking number won't be accepted.

How to Send a Return

Right now, mail is the only option. There's no drop-off location, no kiosk, and no in-person return available.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • If the error was on us (wrong or damaged item), we'll cover the cost of sending it back.
  • If you're returning it by choice or need a swap, that shipping cost falls on you.
  • No restocking fees — that's a policy across the board.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Take a moment to check your order as soon as it lands. Anything damaged, defective, or incorrect? Let us know quickly so we can get it resolved without delay.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available in three cases: the item's damaged, you were sent something wrong, or you simply need another size.

To kick one off, message support@land-girl.com. Our honest recommendation, though — return what you have and place a new order right away. It tends to be quicker than waiting on an exchange.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll follow up by email letting you know whether the refund's approved.

Assuming it is:

  • The money goes back to whatever payment method you originally used
  • We aim to process it within 10 business days
  • Depending on your bank, it might take a little longer to actually show up in your account
